- Experience with deployment: Understanding of using Docker and DevOps tools to deploy products (a plus).
Your role:
- As part of the IoT development team, you’ll be solving problems and improving the IoT product.
- You’ll work with other teams to understand issues and find quick solutions.
- Your work will help customers use PTC’s IoT products successfully.
Your responsibilities:
- Work with other teams to understand and fix customer problems.
- Prioritize tasks and find solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Talk to customers directly to understand their problems and provide solutions.
Your team:
- You’ll be part of the IoT development team that supports and fixes customer issues.
