Key Duties:
- Oversee work: Make sure the team is working quickly and accurately on financial tasks.
- Prepare financial reports: Help create reports for taxes, regulations, and financial statements.
- Check complex work: Review and approve difficult tasks.
- Monitor overdue payments: Keep track of payments that are late.
- Track deliveries: Make sure items are delivered to clients on time.
- Assist with inquiries: Help the manager answer questions from auditors, clients, and about risks.
- Fill in for others: Be ready to take over the role of the team coordinator or manager if needed.
- Prioritize risk: Make sure decisions are made with the company’s reputation and safety in mind.
In simpler terms, this job involves making sure financial tasks are done correctly and on time, helping with reports, and ensuring the company operates safely and ethically.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Citi Required Skills and Experience:
- Project management training: A certification in project management is a plus.
- Financial background: Knowledge in accounting, finance, or business is helpful.
- Specific experience: Knowledge of fund administration, managing changes, and project management is beneficial.
- Financial understanding: Familiarity with financial operations is important.
- Communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in writing and speaking.
