Across India (Multiple) – Hyderabad/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Indore

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degre
• Batch: 2024 and before

What you’ll do:

• Understand clients’ needs for managing employee performance and development.
• Suggest solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Have experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Know how to use the latest goal management features.
• Gather information about client’s business needs.
• Set up SAP SuccessFactors to fit client’s HR practices.
• Create user guides and admin guides.
• Experience with SAP HCM is a bonus.
