Job Summary
You will be joining the Atlas Platform Engineering team at PTC as a junior Observability Engineer / Product Analyst in Pune. Your role involves shaping observability standards & best practices; helping monitor and alert across distributed systems; working on dashboards; automating monitoring & alerting (including ML-driven anomaly detection); defining SLIs/SLOs; taking part in incident response / root cause analysis; and reducing repetitive toil.
