Job Role
You will join the Global Support team as an Associate Technical Support I, handling first‑line support for applications and infrastructure and helping users resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔧 Provide first‑level support for app and infrastructure issues; escalate when needed
- 🖥 Troubleshoot Windows/Linux, network protocols, web servers
- 📞 Communicate with customers via email, chat & phone
