As an IND Analyst I – HCS-Ops, you will:
✔ Conduct Compensation Surveys – Collect & analyze salary data from corporate firms.
✔ Perform Data Analysis & Auditing – Validate & refine salary benchmarks for accuracy.
✔ Support Project Execution – Assist in delivering high-quality insights within SLA timelines.
