Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to tech hero, solving problems and ensuring a seamless tech experience for users.

Job Responsibilities

🖥️ Microsoft Support:

• Install, set up, troubleshoot, and fix problems with Microsoft products like Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, and other business software.

💻 Hardware Support:

• Install, set up, troubleshoot, and fix issues with computers, thin clients, laptops, printers, scanners, and related devices.

🚀 Computer Deployment:

• Move and set up new desktops and laptops according to company standards.

🌐 Remote Support:

• Assist customers in other countries with their computer issues using remote tools like MS Teams, Skype for Business, and WebEx.

🔒 Maintenance & Security:

• Keep desktops secure by updating virus definitions and installing security patches.

🗣️ Communication:

• Effectively communicate with technical teams and explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Basic Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (BE, B.Tech, or MCA).
🔍 Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to solve problems with operating systems, hardware, and software.
💬 Communication Skills: Good communication abilities.
⏰ Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
💡 Office 365 Knowledge: Basic understanding of Office 365.
