Required Education:

What you’ll do:

  • Test ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
  • Design and execute test cases.
  • Automate tests using ATF.
  • Analyze test results and identify issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality.
