Your Role And Responsibilities As a Trainee

Stay Updated & Innovate:

• Continuously learn about advancements in process industries.
• Identify and recommend ways to improve WIEPPL’s competitive advantage through technological advancements.

Develop Expertise:

• Become an expert in specific areas of process technology as assigned.
• Maintain and enhance your knowledge in these areas.

Technical Research & Development:

• Conduct approved research projects and develop computer programs to improve efficiency and innovation.

Process Design:

• Design and develop processes for industrial units using Wood and Client standards.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and industry best practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Provide support and assistance to other engineering disciplines within project teams.

Wood Eligibility Criteria:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering (Essential)
• Exposure in a single or multiple aspects of process design namely, FEED execution (Desirable)
