Your Role:

As a Unified Communications Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our communication systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Solid background in Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams.
  • AudioCodes Expertise: Deep knowledge of AudioCodes products like VoIP networking and Session Border Controllers.
  • Microsoft Teams: In-depth understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone Systems, including Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
  • Network Expertise: Strong grasp of network infrastructure, protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SIP, RTP/RTCP), and firewall/NAT configurations.
  • UC Implementation: Proven track record of designing, installing, and maintaining UC platforms.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications in Microsoft Teams, AudioCodes, and PBX systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in UC environments using monitoring tools.
  • Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and implement effective solutions.

Wipro Off Campus Qualification: 

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
