Key Job Responsibilities (Simplified)

Automotive Software:

• Develop software for automotive systems like Infotainment, Navigation, and ADAS.
• Understand and translate user needs into software requirements.
• Conduct thorough software testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers for seamless integration.
• Improve software performance and adapt to evolving vehicle needs.
• Document software functionalities for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive software trends.

Embedded Systems Software:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for next-generation products.
• Work with various software components (system configuration, application software, middleware, etc.).
• Understand and translate user needs into software requirements.
• Conduct software testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers for seamless integration.
• Improve software performance and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Document software functionalities for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest embedded systems software trends.

Eligibility Criteria (Simplified)

• Education:
  • 10th & 12th Standard: Minimum 60% marks.
  • Graduation: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or Cyber Security.
  • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Open school or distance education allowed for 10th & 12th only.
• Graduation:
  • Completed within 4 years from the start of the program.
  • No gaps allowed during the graduation period.
• Academic Performance:
  • One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment.
  • Must clear backlogs along with the 8th semester.
• Experience:
  • Maximum 3 years of gap in education allowed between 10th and the start of graduation.
• Citizenship:
  • Indian Citizen or PIO/OCI cardholder.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit a citizenship certificate.
• Age:
  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• Other:
  • Cool-off period: Candidates who have previously appeared for the assessment must have a 3-month cool-off period before re-applying.

Your Compensation

Elite – Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack) FY 25 Hiring

• INR 3.50 lacs per annum

• Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – 25K (to be merged with comp after 12 months of bonus payout)
• Regular yearly increments
•  Merge Bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th months from DOJ

Work Location

PAN INDIA

Service agreement

• Applicable for 12 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis

Selection process

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.

1st Round

Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:

• Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability.
  Duration: 48 mins
• Written Communication Test – Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
• Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding.
  Duration: 60 mins
• Candidates can choose any one of the programming languages for the coding test: Java, C, C++, or Python
