Roles & Responsibilities:
- Order Validation: Ensure that incoming orders align with the project scope.
- Network Configuration: Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configurations.
- Scope Clarification: Collaborate with Order Managers to define the exact project scope before building configurations.
- Design Review: Review network designs provided by the design team.
- Configuration Building: Create network configurations that adhere to the defined scope and design.
- Device Activation: Lead customer edge device activation calls, deploy required configurations, and coordinate with L2 technicians for complex issues.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve network issues by coordinating with various stakeholders.
