What you’ll do:

Assist experienced buyers with various purchasing tasks.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze quotes from suppliers and prepare reports.
Resolve issues with suppliers and manage supplier data.
Support buyers with various analyses, like cost and price analysis.
Help integrate new suppliers into Volvo’s systems.
Maintain dashboards and reports for purchasing activities.
