Job Role : Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Collections Executive

Key Responsibilities during the Trainee Period:

Key Responsibilities:

• You have to prepare for and follow up on the collection of overdue accounts assigned to you.
• You need to visit customers, negotiate the collection of overdue amounts, and maintain good relationships with them. You also need to gather information about your customers from other sources.
• You must maintain effective communication with customers and third parties, such as lawyers, collection agencies, and repossession agencies.
• You need to track the location and usage of the assets.
• You have to regularly monitor account repayments, analyze the reasons for delinquency, and report any concerns promptly.
• You need to resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all collection data and customer logs, including visit reports, for the accounts assigned to you.
• You have to ensure all case updates are uploaded accurately and within the specified timeframes.
• You must strictly adhere to all relevant compliance regulations.
• You need to maintain good relationships with collection agencies and their executives, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates.
• You will be responsible for collections across all customer segments, including repossessions.
• You will update payment information in the VFS system.

Education : Should be a fresh graduate, preferably BCom or BBA

You should have knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools.

Competencies and Skills:

• You must have a strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunities in the financial services industry.
• You need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You must be willing to travel extensively and build strong relationships with clients in the field.
• You should have knowledge of working in a process-driven organization.
• You must be able to converse fluently in English, Hindi, and the Regional Language of the respective state. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• You must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler for work purposes.
