Process New Activations: Handle new activation documents for both prepaid and postpaid services.
SIM Exchange Approval: Approve SIM exchanges within specified timeframes by verifying customer documents.
Fraud Prevention: Ensure document compliance and actively identify potential fraudulent activities.
Retailer and Partner Management: Train retailers and document pick-up partners on proper document screening.
TERM Support: Assist with TERM requirements as needed.
