Job Role: Technical Support Engineer – CCaaS

Key Responsibilities 🛠️
✅ Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Sprinklr platform.
✅ Identify platform gaps by analyzing customer-reported issues and providing effective solutions.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams like developers, QA engineers, and product managers for complex issues.
✅ Develop detailed knowledge about Sprinklr products and stay updated with new features.
✅ Ensure high-quality resolutions to minimize escalations and repeat issues.
✅ Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and guides to support customers efficiently.
✅ Conduct testing and QA activities to identify potential product improvements.
✅ Assist customers in maximizing platform usage while maintaining a positive customer experience.
✅ Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while ensuring SLAs are met.
Qualifications & Skills Required 🎯
🔹 Experience: 0-5 years in enterprise software debugging, engineering, or support operations.
🔹 CCaaS/Contact Center Experience: 1+ years with platforms like Genesys, Avaya, or similar systems.
🔹 Strong technical background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Proficiency in web technologies, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
🔹 Coding or scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Node.js preferred.
🔹 Familiarity with data storage technologies like MongoDB or MySQL.
🔹 Hands-on experience with tools like Graylogs, Kibana, API Browser, and Query Executor.
🔹 Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
