Job Summary

Genpact is hiring a Technical Associate for its Service Desk L1 team in Hyderabad. You’ll ensure 24/7 system availability, provision/de-provision user accounts, manage Active Directory and O365, troubleshoot ServiceNow/Salesforce issues, and support users with technical expertise in shifts.


Key Responsibilities 🔧

✅ Ensure 24/7 availability of systems, apps, and infrastructure
✅ Provision & de-provision user, security, and service accounts in Active Directory
✅ Manage AD security groups and O365 email accounts; troubleshoot sync issues
✅ Apply Active Directory standards (object names, imports/exports, GPOs)
✅ Create self-help documentation, checklists, and procedures
✅ Run AD reports and manage user permissions
✅ Communicate technical issues to non-technical users clearly
✅ Use ServiceNow/Salesforce to manage incidents and generate reports
✅ Deliver excellent customer service
✅ Work rotational shifts to meet client requirements
