As a Technical Analyst 1-Support, you will play a critical role in investigating front-end applications and backend systems to resolve technical issues effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- 🔎 Investigating Front-End Applications:
- Capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.
- 💻 Backend Troubleshooting:
- Gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers to resolve technical issues.
