As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you’ll play a crucial role in investigating front-end applications, capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. You’ll also work with backend techniques like capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. This role requires effective communication with clients and internal collaborators, along with documenting notes, activities, and resolutions throughout the investigation lifecycle.

- Front-End Investigations: Capture information, apply fix tools, shadow end users, and test workflows both internally and externally.
- Backend Techniques: Utilize skills like capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Communication & Documentation: Maintain effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams. Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritization & Collaboration: Prioritize work based on severity, balancing client and business needs. Collaborate across teams to ensure issues are resolved by the right individuals.
✅ Basic Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 0 to 2+ years of experience.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
📚 Preferred Qualifications
- SQL Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with collaborators across different regions.
- On-Call Support: Readiness to provide on-call support as needed.
