Join Bank of America’s Global Business Services team in Hyderabad as a Team Member in the Wholesale Lockbox operations. This role involves processing financial transactions through data entry of information from images of checks and associated documents. You’ll be part of a globally integrated delivery model, working with wholesale client remitters’ invoices, checks, and account receivables documents while ensuring operational excellence and quality compliance.

- 💻 Process transactions as per SOP & Customer Instructions
- ✅ Ensure quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- 📊 Ensure to meet the metrics laid down by the process
- 💡 Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight to TL/AM
- ⏰ Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- 📄 Perform data entry of information from images of checks and associated documents
- 🔍 Key information from invoices, checks & other account receivables documents
- 💼 Access dedicated VICOR workstations to key information per Standard Operating Procedure
