About the Role (Simplified):
You’ll be helping with the day-to-day work of managing reinsurance contracts and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities (Simplified):
- Client Submissions: Help process reinsurance contracts submitted by clients.
- Financial Processing: Process client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, etc.) while maintaining quality standards.
- Claim Data Entry: Accurately enter claim information from claim documents and contract details.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and payments follow company rules and guidelines.
- Collections: Help collect payments from clients (Accounts Receivable) and track the team’s finances.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly follow up on issues and escalate them to management when needed.
- Task Management: Manage your assigned tasks to meet agreed-upon service and business standards.
- Internal Communication: Contact other teams to resolve long-standing problems.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle any other tasks or administrative duties as needed.
