About the Role:
As a Software Engineer (Solutions), you’ll play a key role in creating innovative solutions for Skit’s clients. You’ll collaborate with various teams to understand client needs, troubleshoot integration issues, and develop custom solutions using Skit’s existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery, Infrastructure, Product, and Client teams.
- Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions for complex client problems.
- Client Interaction: Understand client workflows and integrate Skit’s products.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for API/Telephony integration issues.
- Technical Expertise: Understand technical aspects of integration and provide solutions.
- Automation: Increase efficiency by automating operational tasks.
Qualification
Any college degree with It Stream
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to debug systems using logs and traces.
- Python programming skills.
- Willingness to learn new languages and technologies.
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Experience with HTTP API integration or development.
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Django Rest Framework, Redis, Celery.
- Understanding of applied ML concepts.
- Python programming experience on ML projects.
Technical Skills:
- Fundamentals: Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Python: Hands-on experience with Python for developing microservices or projects.
- RDBMS: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Cloud: Experience with container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (AWS) is a plus.
