Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and updating customer and vendor information for both third-party companies and internal companies. You will also process emergency requests and assist your team when needed.
You have to work with customers to analyze their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
You need to have strong analytical skills to effectively resolve queries.
You should have a basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
You have to ensure all accounting and control procedures are followed correctly during processing activities.
You should have knowledge of various quality methodologies.
You must be accurate in maintaining customer and vendor data for both third-party and internal companies.
You will work with other internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
You will be working with multiple applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Eligibility Criteria For Trainee Role :-

You must have graduated from an accredited institution.
Experience Level : Early Professional
You must be flexible and willing to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel features.
You must have excellent communication skills.
You need to be a proactive thinker and problem-solver.
You need to be able to effectively manage complex situations.
You must have a professional and service-oriented attitude.
You must have a sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
