Job Role : Trainee – Opportunity to Cash

Full Time / Part Time : Full-time

Job Family : Customer Services

As a Trainee you have to :-

• You have to complete your assigned tasks quickly and accurately.
• You need to report on what you did each day as required.
• You must be willing to work night shifts (from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
• You need to be willing to work extra hours when needed, especially at the end of the month or quarter.
• You have to make sure to follow up on any unanswered questions or unfinished tasks until they are resolved.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate preferably BCOM/ BBM/BBA.

Experience Level : Early Professional(Freshers)

Skills

• You need to be able to communicate clearly both in writing and when speaking. You also need to be organized and able to work well with others.
• You must be a fast learner and able to think critically and solve problems.
• You should have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• You need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• You need to be self-motivated, take initiative, and be eager to learn. You should be a team player and build trust with others. You should also focus on meeting the needs of our customers.

Work Location

This position is based in Bangalore. If you don’t live in Bangalore, you must be willing to move there.
