Job Description:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the ServiceNow platform. You will also contribute to improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Resolution: Drive immediate resolution of issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Preventative Measures: Proactively identify and address potential issues using your knowledge of software development, application support, systems engineering, and networking.
• Infrastructure Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner teams to enhance system design and improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Automation: Drive a culture of automation to deliver repeatable and scalable responses to system issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualifications
  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Coding experience in languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, or Java.
  • Networking skills and IP addressing.
  • MySQL database administration.
  • Monitoring of system, application, and network performance and availability.
• Soft Skills:
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including one weekend day.

Salary : up to 8 LPA
