📋 Job Role
As an HR Service Associate, you’ll take on key responsibilities in supporting SAP’s People & Culture Local Services (PCLS). This role requires you to provide specialized HR services while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, contract changes, and end-of-employment processes
✅ Conduct Day 1 Onboarding sessions for new hires
✅ Provide one-on-one consultancy for internal SAP employees
✅ Manage HR documentation and ensure accurate content across platforms
✅ Act as a 2nd-level case manager for HR policy queries
✅ Support local regulatory activities to maintain compliance
✅ Partner with HR teams, stakeholders, and vendors to improve HR processes
✅ Continuously evaluate KPIs and SLAs for process improvements
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Full-time) with an MBA specialization in HR (Full-time)
📋 1-3 years of experience in HR areas like staffing, benefits, payroll, or data management
🤝 Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
💬 Excellent communication and customer service skills
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with local employment legislation (preferred)
📜 HR certification is a plus
