- ITI certificate in the relevant trade, affiliated with NCVT/SCVT, is mandatory.

RRC WR Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Selection is based on a merit list considering equal weightage to matriculation (with at least 50%) and ITI exam marks.
- If two applicants have the same marks, the older applicant will be preferred, and if birthdates are also the same, those who passed the matriculation exam earlier will be prioritized.
- No written test or viva; applicants only need to upload documents online.
- Marks for all subjects in SSC/Matriculation will be considered, not just the best of five.
- ITI percentage will be based on marks from all semesters, as shown on the National Trade Certificate.
- Any discrepancy in marks will result in rejection during document verification.
- Trade-wise and community-wise merit lists will be published by the respective divisions/units.
- The final selection depends on document verification and medical fitness.
- Stand-by candidates will be called based on absentees, medical unfitness, or rejections from the merit list.
RRC WR Recruitment 2024 Training Period & Stipend
- Training Period: Apprenticeship training will last for 1 year.
- Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a stipend during training, as per the rates prescribed by the respective State Government rules.
