About the Role:
- Keeping Revolut Safe: You’ll work in a team that prevents financial crimes like money laundering and fraud.
- Investigating Issues: You’ll investigate suspicious customer activities and work with other teams to find solutions.
- Customer Focus: You’ll directly help customers resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Detecting Fraud: You’ll use technology to identify suspicious transactions and potential risks.
- Analyzing Data: You’ll carefully examine information to understand the nature of fraudulent activities.
- Reporting and Escalation: You’ll report any concerns to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
- Improving Processes: You’ll contribute to improving how the team identifies and prevents fraud.
