General Summary:

  • This is a software engineering internship for students graduating with a Master’s degree in 2025.
  • You will design and develop software for Qualcomm’s advanced mobile chipsets.
  • Qualcomm is looking for energetic, creative, and self-motivated engineers.

Focus Areas:

  • You will work on multimedia technologies like audio and video processing, image processing, and wireless technologies like 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
  • You will also work on software for different operating systems like Linux, Android, and Windows, as well as software for the Internet of Things (IoT) devices like cameras, smart assistants, drones, and VR/AR devices.

Qualcomm Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility: 2025 Masters’ Grads who are available for 1 year internship program

Education : You must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).

Batch : 2025

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • You will develop real-time embedded software and device drivers.
  • You will develop software for mobile operating systems like Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
  • You need to have a good understanding of operating system concepts, data structures, and programming languages like C/C++ using object-oriented design principles.
  • You should have knowledge of wireless network standards like CDMA, GSM, UMTS, and LTE.
  • You need to have experience with Linux/UNIX, Linux Drivers, and Linux Kernel Development.
  • You should be familiar with communication protocols like TCP/UDP/IP/SIP/RTP.
  • You need to have a strong understanding of multimedia technologies like audio, video, and imaging.
  • You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You must have good written and verbal communication skills.
