🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 📋 Review incoming orders (commercial and technical) according to established guidelines and requirements
- 🔍 Check requirements in specification sheets against technical information in OEDI/II and Bulletins
- ✅ Verify required options are compatible with selected product options
- 🛠️ Create and update product structures to meet required construction specifications
- 📨 Submit requests for engineering and part number setup
- 🏭 Raise Internal Order Requisitions (IOR) to factories
- 💬 Provide timely responses to factory enquiries
- 📊 Assume role of Order Engineering coordinator for large project orders
- 🤝 Interact with Sales/Local Business Partners regarding technical queries
- 👥 Mentor and train staff in order detailing processes
