📝 Job Summary

This Process Associate role in Trust & Safety focuses on investigating and eliminating online ecommerce risk. You’ll be responsible for conducting investigations to protect digital transactions, working with minimal supervision while making independent decisions on complex cases. This 9-month contract position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of ecommerce security and risk management.

• 🔍 Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk
• 💡 Make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication using excellent judgment
• 💬 Engage in frequent communication (written and verbal) with management, risk analysts, engineers, and third parties
• ✅ Ensure productivity while maintaining highest quality assurance standards
