🧑💻 Job Role
As a Process Associate – Fraud Prevention at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in Banking – Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention. This position involves reviewing Supplier Registration Forms, conducting Counterparty Due Diligence, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information provided by suppliers.
This is an on-site role based in Gurugram, providing hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Freshers are welcome to apply!
📌 Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Due Diligence: Conduct research-based Counterparty Due Diligence in the banking domain.
- 🤝 Client Interactions: Engage with clients through training sessions, conference calls, and emails.
- 📊 MIS Activities: Manage MIS activities and data collation for streamlined operations.
- 🚀 Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- 📈 Data Management: Manage and process transactions, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- 🧠 Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: 🎓 Graduate in B. Com / BBA or equivalent. Freshers are eligible!
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 💼 Relevant experience in Commercial Insurance or Finance & Accounting domains.
- 🧠 Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- 🏦 Prior experience in Banking or Insurance (preferred but not mandatory).
