The Application Systems team plays a crucial role in supporting our customers by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our software product suite. We achieve this by providing timely and effective solutions to both business and technical challenges. This role will involve close interaction with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, leading to a deep understanding of both banking and financial domains, as well as our product’s functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide prompt and effective support to customers regarding our software products.
- You will engage with customers to understand their business issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- You will acquire excellent banking and financial domain skills, coupled with in-depth product functional knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Work Experience : Fresher.
- Education: You must be a 2024 graduate with a B.Tech degree in any branch.
- Academic Performance: You must have secured 70% or above in your 10th, 12th, Diploma, and Graduation examinations.

- Communication: You must possess excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
