Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
- 🧑💻 Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform
- 🔧 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical inputs
- 🐞 Analyze and resolve software defects
- 💡 Implement new features per business needs
- 🧪 Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- 📊 Help QA teams document and analyze processes
- 💾 Work with SOQL tools to query and load business data
- 🔄 Handle metadata migration and deployment
- 📞 Assist in “train-the-trainer” sessions and functional reviews
Qualifications & Skills Required 🧑🎓
- ✅ Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, or IT
- 🧠 Strong problem-solving skills
- 🌩️ Interest in Salesforce CRM and cloud tech
- ⚙️ Familiar with Salesforce Lightning and/or Classic (a plus!)
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills
- 🔍 Detail-oriented and quick learner
- 📚 Knowledge of Salesforce tools like MIAW, Flows
- 🎓 Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder) are preferred
