The Induction/Onboarding Intern will support the HR team in creating a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. The intern will assist in various aspects of the induction and onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop skills in project management, communication, and interpersonal relations.

Eligibility criteria: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Stipend : 20k per month

Duration : 4 to 6 Months

Working days :  6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving the Process: You’ll help create and update materials and processes for onboarding new employees.
• Coordination: You’ll work with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Paperwork: You’ll keep employee records and documents up-to-date.
• Scheduling: You’ll plan and coordinate onboarding activities like orientations and training.
• Support: You’ll assist the HR team with administrative tasks.
• Welcome Kits: You’ll help create welcome packages for new employees.
• Feedback: You’ll gather feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding process.
• Projects: You’ll participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Interest in employee engagement and development.
