What you’ll be doing as a Technical Solution Analyst:

  • Investigate and solve problems: You’ll look into issues with how our software works, especially on the user side. This involves gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, observing how users work, and testing the software.
  • Use technical skills: You’ll use techniques like checking server logs, looking at database information, and making changes to the system to find and fix problems.
  • Communicate effectively: You’ll need to clearly explain things to both customers and your colleagues, both in writing and verbally.
  • Document everything: You’ll keep detailed records of all your investigations, including what you did, what you found, and how you solved the problem.
  • Prioritize your work: You’ll need to focus on the most important issues first.
  • Collaborate with others: You’ll work with other teams within the company to ensure that problems are solved effectively.

Oracle Off Campus Eligibility Criteria

What you need to have:

  • Preferred Experience: It’s helpful if you have 0-2 years of experience in:
    • Helping customers with software issues (application support)
    • Handling customer inquiries
    • Managing incidents, problems, and changes in software or systems.
  • Education and Experience: You need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. You should also have at least four years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical Skills: You need to know how to use SQL (a language for working with databases).
  • Work Schedule: You need to be available to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. You may also be required to work different shifts and be available to handle urgent issues outside of regular working hours.
  • Communication Skills: You need to be able to communicate effectively with people from different parts of the world.

Expected Salary

Technical Support Analyst Salary in India ranges between ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹11 Lakhs. As per Experience.
