Responsibilities (Simplified):

  • Data Entry and Validation: You’ll enter data, verify records, and check if policies are correct, following established procedures. This includes hardware, licenses, cloud services, support renewals, and education-related items.
  • Problem Solving: You’ll identify problems with incorrect requests and work with the right people to fix them.
  • Teamwork: You’ll work with other teams (like CDM, IB, Collection, AR) to resolve customer issues.
  • Compliance: You’ll follow all compliance rules, including SOX and other internal/external audits.
  • Continuous Learning: You’ll keep your technical and process knowledge up-to-date and participate in training and assessments.
  • Meeting Goals: You’ll meet defined performance targets for data quality, efficiency, and turnaround time.
  • Customer Focus: You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Basic Requirements:

  • You have a graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • You have 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • You’re willing to work in shifts.
  • Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2023, 2024, 2025).
