Job Description
The role of Technical Support Analyst – Cloud Payments is based in Orlando, Florida. As part of the Payment Operations team, you will support Oracle Payment Cloud Services, ensuring smooth transactions, resolving payment-related issues, and providing comprehensive support to clients and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Provide Technical Support: Help customers with issues related to Windows, Mac, and various software and hardware problems.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and fix problems with Active Directory, printers, and other systems.
- Manage Tickets: Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system.
- Handle Calls: Answer calls from customers and provide solutions.
- Educate Customers: Introduce new customers to Oracle and its products.
- Learn and Grow: Gain knowledge of Oracle’s technologies and applications.
Educational Qualifications
To be eligible, candidates must have:
- Degree Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale.
