PhonePe is on the lookout for enthusiastic Operations Associates for their VKYC Team. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless customer experiences through Video KYC while continuously seeking ways to enhance service quality.
This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you’ll be at the heart of the action, interacting with customers and driving impactful resolutions.
