Job Details (Simplified)

• KYC/CDD Processing: Analyze and execute Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
• Data Entry: Interpret and accurately enter information from documents into relevant applications.
• Process Adherence: Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise written narratives.
• Training & Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Teamwork: Attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

NTT Data Top Hire Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:
  • 0-3 years of experience in Banking and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) preferred.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in using computers with Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to learn and use new software applications.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility:
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
