In this role, you will:

• Learn about Oracle databases: You’ll receive training on Oracle E-Business Suite and the latest Oracle Database versions.
• Work with operating systems: You’ll become familiar with operating systems like Linux or Unix.
• Develop key skills: You’ll improve your communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Focus on learning: You’ll have a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of database administration.
• Gain valuable certifications: You’ll work towards obtaining Oracle Database certifications (e.g., Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate).
• Learn scripting: You’ll gain experience with scripting languages like Shell scripting and Python.
• Understand database backup and recovery: You’ll learn about strategies for backing up and recovering databases.
• Monitor systems: You’ll monitor client applications like ERP and Middleware to identify and prevent problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: You’ll investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
• Provide support: You’ll provide phone or chat support to clients when needed.
• Perform maintenance: You’ll perform maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications:

• Education: You need a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.

Required Experience:

• Entry-Level: You have entry-level experience or have completed a relevant internship program.
• Platform Management: You have some experience managing platforms like Windows Server, Linux Server, Virtualization, and Server Hardware/Storage.
• Basic Infrastructure Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of infrastructure technologies within the supported technical domain (e.g., ERP, Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle Middleware, and Webserver).
