NTT Data Off Campus Job Description:
- The role of Associate Telecommunications Operations Specialist is an entry level role within the Telecommunications Operations Management job family.
- This role works under supervision of more experienced team members and has the key responsibility of working cross-functionally across various geographic regions and requiring coordination with customer facing project managers to provision new customers and services primarily focusing on Service Number enablement.
NTT Data Off Campus Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or Business or related.
Skills:
- Multi-lingual in at least two languages preferred (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese)
- Experience with Excel and analytical tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment and initiative to satisfy internal and external customer requirements
- Applies knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems
- Works on problems of limited scope
- Detailed oriented
