About the Role:

If you want to help protect customers by preventing risks, this job is for you. You’ll work with different teams to manage risks effectively and understand how potential risks could affect the bank. You’ll build relationships across the bank and have opportunities to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll help implement risk management plans and make sure the bank follows rules and regulations. You’ll help teams manage risks, set up ways to identify, report, and reduce risks, and work with the second line of defense (another risk management team).

Your Daily Tasks:

• Data Analysis: You’ll analyze data to help teams manage risks better.
• Training & Guidance: You’ll help create training materials and guides for other teams.
• Meeting Support: You’ll help organize meetings and prepare documents.
• Relationship Building: You’ll build strong relationships with people across the bank to learn about potential risks.

NatWest Group 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate Degree.

Skills You’ll Need (Simplified):

To do well in this job, you should understand how big banks work and have experience working in a risk-related role (either directly managing risks or overseeing risk management).

You’ll also need:

• Proven Success: A history of achieving goals and getting things done.
• Risk Assessment Skills: Knowledge of how to assess risks and analyze potential scenarios.
• Operational Risk Knowledge: Understanding of how to manage risks in day-to-day operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to persuade people at all levels of the organization.
