Join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Credit Analyst

We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service by helping customers find solutions to their inquiries.

In this role, you will:

  • Investigate customer inquiries: You’ll carefully investigate customer inquiries to understand their specific needs and concerns.
  • Communicate with customers: You’ll interact with customers and businesses to gather the necessary information to resolve their issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise: You’ll showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm while interacting with a diverse range of customers.
  • We’re offering this role at senior analyst level

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: You’ll promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Build Customer Relationships: You’ll build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and understanding their concerns.
  • Investigate Transactions: You’ll carefully review and investigate all transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Gather Information: You’ll collect and analyze information from customers and businesses to resolve their inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: You’ll identify areas for improvement in our processes and suggest ways to enhance the customer and business experience.
  • Train and Share Knowledge: You’ll help train team members and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: You’ll need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of the industry and our customers.
  • Organizational Skills: You’ll need to be well-organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
