Job Role Overview:
This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team. You will contribute to the delivery of efficient and high-quality PP services, ensuring the team meets agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) by completing your assigned tasks accurately and on time.
JOb Responsibilities:
- Accurate & Timely Processing: Complete your assigned premium processing tasks with accuracy and within established timeframes.
- Escalation: Ask Senior Technicians for help when you encounter issues or are unable to complete a task.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in feedback sessions and work on your personal development.
- Performance & Metrics: Contribute to the team’s ability to meet agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
- Compliance & Policy: Follow and support all company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Training: Successfully complete all assigned training and assessments from the Compliance and Training Departments.

Essential:
- Education: Degree educated.
- Industry Awareness: Understanding of the insurance industry and its importance for businesses.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Learning Mindset: Aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
Desirable:
- Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, ideally within insurance.
- Adaptability: Enjoys working in a dynamic and changing environment, handling a wide range of topics and business operations. Comfortable working autonomously and as a team member.
