What You’ll Do as a Leandata Salesforce Developer :-
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, product owners, experienced developers, and architects to understand business needs and design solutions.
- Salesforce Development: Configure, build, and enhance Salesforce apps using native and custom features like objects, flows, validations, APEX, SQL/SOQLs, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and APIs.
- Design & Documentation: Actively participate in design sessions and contribute to technical specifications, process flows, and data models.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that improve product quality, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation.
- Agile Development: Follow Agile software development methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve problems.
Eligibility Criteria For Leandata Salesforce Developer
Education:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate with coursework or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Batch:- 2025 | 2024
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Experience with basic programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
- SDLC: Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Salesforce Fundamentals: Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including account and contact management, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, flows, process builder, reports.
- Salesforce Development (Preferred): Knowledge of building Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, triggers, and APIs is a significant plus.
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Confident in communicating and sharing ideas with peers, product owners, and business partners.
