Morningstar is looking for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join as Operations Associates in their Investment Management group. This role is all about supporting global operations, improving data reliability, and delivering a smooth client experience. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing 📌
- 🔄 Improve data access by integrating direct feeds and APIs
- ⚙️ Troubleshoot production issues and optimize data operations

- 🔍 Perform data mapping and manage feed authorizations
- 📬 Communicate with custodians and advisors to enable digital feeds
- 🔐 Configure secure access for automated data aggregation

Qualifications & Skills Required 🎓
- ✅ 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome!)
- 🖥️ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- 🗂️ Understanding of financial data reconciliation
- 💬 Excellent communication skills in English
- 🔧 Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus
