Core Responsibilities:
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with Micron’s Business Units to ensure IT solutions meet their needs.
- Standards Compliance: Promote and enforce industry standards to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Manage and maintain a range of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, collaborating with other teams as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implement solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Shift Work and On-Call: Work in a rotational shift schedule and be available for on-call support.
Specific Tasks:
- Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
