Job Description:-

Overview: Makro are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Makro team in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.

What you will do as a Business Analyst:-

  • You have to work with different teams to understand their business goals, processes, and needs.
  • You need to conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information for projects and initiatives.
  • You have to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that are relevant to the business.
  • You need to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate your findings.
  • You have to find ways to improve processes and make them more efficient within healthcare/pharmaceutical operations.
  • You need to work with other teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.
  • You have to evaluate existing systems and tools used in healthcare/pharmaceutical operations.
  • You need to recommend and implement solutions to improve system integration, automation, and data sharing.
  • You must stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry standards in the healthcare/pharmaceutical field.
  • You have to make sure that all business processes and systems comply with regulations.
  • You need to help plan, schedule, and coordinate projects.
  • You have to track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • You need to communicate effectively with people at all levels, from executives to frontline staff.
  • You have to present your findings, recommendations, and project updates in a clear and concise manner.
  • You have to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data, reports, and deliverables.
  • You need to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Makro Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification : Education in Any graduate / BE/B Tech/MCA.
M Tech – with a Computer Science.

Graduation Passing Year: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2022, 2023, 2024,2025).

Experience : 0-1 years

Work Location
