Job Role : Diploma Engineer Trainee 2025
Training Period : 12 months on job training from the date of joining.

- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Academics:
- Must have: Completed a 3-year full-time diploma course after 10th standard (SSC) or equivalent.
- Minimum Marks: Must have achieved a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the diploma course.
- Not Eligible: Candidates with any prior graduation in Engineering/Science/Arts (whether completed before or after the diploma) are not eligible.
- Graduation Timing: Students expecting to complete their diploma by June 30, 2025, are eligible.
- Course Type: Only full-time diploma students are eligible. Part-time or correspondence courses are not accepted.
Backlogs:
- No Backlogs: No past or current backlogs in any subject of the diploma course are allowed.
- First Attempt: All subjects must be cleared in the first attempt.
Age:
- Born Between: Candidates must have been born between July 1, 2003, and June 30, 2007.
Nationality:
- Indian Nationals Only: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Medical Fitness:
- Medical Check-up: Final selection will be subject to a medical fitness check as per company guidelines.
